Susan Xu is the Doctoral student of Leadership in Curriculum & Instruction in Marian University, Fond du Lac. She got the Master Degree of Education in Arkansas Tech University. Her career focuses on the Early Childhood Education. She instructs the students of Early Childhood Education in the college, and trains teachers of around of China especially in Montessori Education. She wrote several books for parents in helping children development, and designed a set of mathematics books and Chinese books for the children of age 2 to 8.  She has a excellent daughter who is the student of USC.
